丝胶蚕鲜活蛹超声波辅助提取总黄酮的工艺优化研究
Technology Optimization for Extracting Total Flavonoids from silkworm pupa of Sericin Variety by Ultrasonic–assisted Technique

【摘要】 为了有效利用丝胶蚕的鲜活蚕蛹,本文采用超声波辅助方法快速提取活性成分黄酮。通过单因素实验考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并确定了最佳单因素条件。通过正交实验确定了提取的最佳工艺条件。得出丝胶蚕鲜活蛹的最佳提取工艺为在固定超声波功率为500W的条件下,乙醇浓度为40%,液料比为1:40g/ml,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为40min,此时总黄酮提取率可达2.017%。
【Abstract】 In order to extract total flavonoids from silkworm pupa of sericin variety effectively and quickly, we used the method of ultrasonic-assisted technique to complele our experiments. Through single factor experiments, we looked at the impact of the four factors of total flavonoids extracted,including ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature, and to determine the best single factor. The optimal extraction conditions determined by orthogonal experiments.Derived the optimum extraction process of extracting total flavonoids from silkworm pupa of sericin variety by ultrasonic–assisted technique is the fixed ultrasonic power 500 W conditions, the ethanol concentration 40%, liquid ratio 1:40 g / ml, extraction temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 40 min, this when extraction rate of up to 2.017%.
