【摘要】 西南蚕区蚕品种选育与推广建国以来经历了以自主育成的优良杂交品种替换地方土种、国外引进品种,以优质高产的多丝量白茧品种替换有色茧品种,以二化性品种以及导入多化性血缘的强健性品种替换一化性品种。西南蚕区饲养的家蚕品种已进行了4次更新换代,家蚕品种选育呈现多样性化格局。今后家蚕品种选育工作要充分应用家蚕基因组研究的成果,在常规技术育种的基础上,开展分子标记辅助选择育种研究,选育出适应不同蚕区生态条件、性状多样能满足不同功能与用途需要、产量与品质性状更优的蚕品种,为蚕丝产业改造、提升及延伸奠定坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Silkworm variety’s selection,breeding and expandence of the southwest region sinc our china liberated have a phylogeny that to replace the local race and race introduced from abroad with fine hybrids breeded,to replace colored cocoon race with white cocoon race that had good economic characters,to replace univoltine race with bivoltine race and species with good health that have be imported polyvoltine pedigree.In the southwest region,silkworm variety has beeb updated four times,silkworm’s selection and breeding have variety of patterns.research outcome of Silkworm genome should be Fully applied in silkworm’s selection and breeding from now on.Marker-assisted selection must be used In breeding research silkworm variety that adapt to ecological conditions of different areas,have variety of characters to satisfy different function and need,have higher production and character traits.Only in this way we can lay a solid foundation for transformation,promotion and extension of silkworm industry.更多还原
