广西森林防虫白僵菌农药对家蚕致病性的试验

【摘要】 本试验主要是研究广西森林防虫使用的白僵菌生物农药,探讨它对家蚕的致病性,试验中用南宁市林区用的白僵菌农药及环江爱山林场试验站生产的白僵菌农药对家蚕二龄起蚕进行梯度浓度感染,感染浓度设置四个浓度:3×105/毫升(30万/毫升)、3×106/毫升(300万/毫升)、3×107/毫升(3000万/毫升)、3×108/毫升个孢子(3亿万/毫升);感染的方式为接触感染和食下感染,即用白僵菌分生孢子悬浮液浸泡桑叶通过湿润的桑叶使分生孢子与蚕体接触、并食带孢子的桑叶片来感染蚕体;试验结果表明:广西森林用白僵菌生物农药对家蚕有很强的致病性,3×108个孢子/毫升的发病率达100%,3×107个孢子/毫升的发病率为87.88%,3×106个孢子/毫升的发病率为33.33%。致死中量为6×106孢子/毫升。
【Abstract】 Investigated the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassina biotic pesticide to silkworm, the newly first-exuviated larva was infected by the gradient concentration of Beauveria bassina which was sprinkled in the forest district of Nanning city and produced in the experimental station of Huanjiang Aishan forest farm, there were four infected concentration: 3×105spores/mL,3×106 spores/mL,3×107 spores/mL,3×108 spores/mL, and the method of infection were contact infection and perorall infection, it was that the silkworm was infected and ingested the mulberry leaf which had been soaked in the suspension of Beauveria bassina.The results showed that the biotic pesticide of Beauveria bassina have a stronger pathogenicity to silkworm which was used in Guangxi forest district, the sickness rate of 3×108 spores/mL、3×107 spores/mL and 3×106 spores/mL were 100%、 87.88%、33.33% respectively, and its median lethal dosage was 6×106 spores/mL.
