柞蚕茧产量及相关性状的配合力分析

【摘要】 本项研究选用生产上广泛应用的6个柞蚕品种为亲本,采用Griffing双列杂交方法四,对亲本在杂交后代中的产茧量、千粒茧重及收蚁结茧率的配合力作了研究。结果表明:除千粒茧重外,产茧量和收蚁结茧率的特殊配合力方差显著地大于一般配合力方差,说明在杂种后代中,这两个性状的显性效应和上位性效应占主导地位,而千粒茧重则以加性效应为主。不同亲本不同组合的GCA和SCA差异较大,其中582的三个性状均表现出最高的一般配合力效应值,其次是抗大;杂交组合582×抗大的产茧量和收蚁结茧率的育种值、特殊配合力及总配合力明显地优于其他组合,千粒茧重的育种值、特殊配合力及总配合力最优组合为582×9906和582×抗大,其次是582×8821。
【Abstract】 This research selected 6 tussah races of widespreed application as parents in production.And the combining ability of amount of cocoon crop,thousand-cocoon weight and cocooning rate to newly hatched larvae were analyzed by Griffing’s diallel method Ⅳ.The result showed that the SCA variance was significantly better than the GCA variance in amount of cocoon crop and cocooning rate to newly hatched larvae except for thousand-cocoon weight.It indicate that dominance effect and epistasis effect of two characters were dominant in cross combinations,but additive effect of thousand-cocoon weight was dominant.The GCA and SCA of these characters were significantly different in different parents and cross combinations,the GCA effect value of 582 was the highest in these characters and KangDa next.The breeding value,SCA and total combining ability of cross combination 582×KangDa were significantly superior to other combinations in amount of cocoon crop and cocooning rate to newly hatched larvae.The best cross combination of breeding value,SCA and total combining ability was 582×9906 in thousand-cocoon weight and 582 ×8821 next.
