【摘要】 采用系统分离和杂交育种方法,育成了适合二化一放地区(主要为高寒地区)放养的柞蚕四元杂交新品种呼伦贝尔一号。经小区试验和农村生产鉴定,主要经济性状均超过对照种,千粒茧重11.26kg,茧层量1.30g,公斤卵产茧量416.10kg,分别比对照种提高9.11%、20.37%和39.40%;茧丝长1244.28m,解舒丝长662.66m,分别比对照种增长163.07m和183.90m。该品种具有强健好养、产量高、茧丝质优良、适应性强和5龄幼虫能抵御突变的低温(3～8℃)等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new Antheraea pernyi variety Hulunbei’er1 in bivoltine area in which breeding one generation for a year has been bred by the methods of pedigree separation and hybridization.The indentification of laboratory and farmers’rearing all showed that the major economical characters of the new variety were supper to the control,the cocoon weight per 1 000 cocoons was 11.26 kg,average cocoon shell weight was 1.30 g and average concoon yield per kilogram eggs was 416.10 kg,increased 9.11%,20.37% and 39.40% respectively compared with the control.Its cocoon filament length and the length of non-broken cocoon filament were 1 244.28 m and 662.66 m;which were 163.07 m and 183.90 m longer than the control,respectively.This variety has the advantages of healthiness,high cocoon yield and high silk quality,strong adaptability.And its larvas of 5th instar can resist low temperature(3-8 ℃) suddenly.更多还原
