桑树中1-脱氧野尻霉素含量变化规律的研究

【摘要】 为探讨桑树对1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojimycin,DNJ)的积累规律,本文测定了18个代表性桑品种嫩芽、冬季至春季不同发育阶段的桑芽和叶片、不同季节和不同成熟度的桑叶以及不同季节桑枝皮中DNJ的含量。结果表明,所测定的18个桑品种中,DNJ含量以秋雨和沙2×伦教109最高,达0.32%以上,而含量低的黄鲁仅为0.15%。农桑14号和陕桑305春季不同发育阶段DNJ含量分别以冬芽和开叶期含量最高,而在缓慢生长期DNJ含量最低,缓慢生长期后两品种叶片DNJ含量都呈上升趋势。农桑14号和陕桑305不同季节及不同成熟度的桑叶中DNJ含量,均是嫩芽>嫩叶>成熟叶>老叶,不同季节嫩芽和嫩叶中DNJ含量以晚秋最高,成熟叶中以夏季最高,而老叶中DNJ含量以春季最高。不同季节农桑14号和陕桑305的桑枝皮中DNJ含量分别以中秋和晚秋含量较高,夏季含量最低。概而言之,桑树中DNJ含量受品种、叶位、发育时期、季节等因素影响,探明其积累规律对于筛选更有效的降血糖桑树资源具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In order to study the change laws of DNJ content in mulberry,we have measured the DNJ content from these aspects as follows: pinching buds of 18 mulberry breeds,buds and leaves of different development stages from winter to spring,leaves of different seasons and maturities,branchy barks of different seasons.Results displayed that the highest level are both in the breed Qiuyu and Sha2*Lunjiao109 with 0.32%in all the 18 test mulberry breeds,and the lowest DNJ content breed is Huanglu,it is only 0.15%.DNJ content of Nongsang14 winter bud is the highest,so as to Shansang305 leaf opening stage,and the lowest DNJ content of these two mulberry breeds is in the tardy growth stage,after this stage the DNJ content increased gradually.The highest DNJ content of mulberry leaves in different seasons and maturities is the tender bud,following are tender leaf,mature leaf and old leaf;DNJ content of tender bud and tender leaf of Nongsang14 and Shansang305 is the highest in late autumn,DNJ content of mature leaf is the highest in summer,while DNJ content of old leaf is the highest in spring;DNJ content of Nongsang14 mulberry branchy barks is the highest in mid autumn,while it is in late autumn of Shansang305,but the lowest DNJ content of these two mulberry breeds is in summer.In a word,DNJ content is related with breeds,leaf-positions,development stages,seasons and so on,in order to find the new biotic resources it is very important to prove the change laws of DNJ in the mulberry.
