【摘要】 取家蚕4～5龄幼虫背部脂肪体,采用胰蛋白酶消化和组织块贴壁法进行离体培养,观察脂肪体细胞在体外培养过程中的变化。家蚕脂肪体细胞在原代培养过程中出现了一批具有各种形态的脂肪前体细胞,细胞间呈管道状或网状排列等,可在体外培养条件下繁殖。最后这些细胞研究结充满油滴后陆续死亡。该观察结果可为进一步探讨家蚕脂肪体细胞的分化及脂类代谢调节机制提供实验条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dorsal fat bodies of silkworm larva In 4th and 5th instars were obtained and cultured in vitro with trypsin-digest method and tissue pieces-stick method.During the course of differentiation of precursor lipocytes from silkworm.Several shape cells were observed.They were pipeline-like or reticulately arranged and could grow.Finally the lipocytes ruptured to death after secreting a great deal of lipid droplets.The results will provide the experimental condition for study of differentiation of fat body cells and mechanism of lipid metabolism of Bombyx mori.更多还原
