家蚕幼虫期与蛹期脂肪体雌雄差异蛋白质组的分析

【摘要】 <正>脂肪体是昆虫的重要器官之一,在其生长发育过程中具有重要作用。在家蚕基因组测序完成以后,国内外学者对家蚕脂肪体的基因表达进行了较为深入的研究,在对不同时期脂肪体EST数据进行分析的基础上,发现了大量与食物消化、代谢、免疫相关的因子[1-3]。在家蚕脂肪体蛋白质组研究中,也鉴定了多种功能蛋白质的存在[4]。本文在前人研究的基础上,利用双向电泳技术对家

【Abstract】 The technology of IPG-IEF/SDS-PAGE was optimized to be suitable for fat body proteome using fat body from male and female silkworm during development stages.After that 2DE maps were compared and analyzed with Image Master software.The result showed that 56 protein components which differential expression was more than twice were detected in fat body between male and female silkworm.In which 28 proteins were in 5th instar larvae,12 proteins were in unpupated larvae of silking end,16 proteins were in pupa.In addition,11 protein components which were specifical expressed between male and female silkworm were detected,among which 5 proteins were in 5th instar larvae,4 proteins were in unpupated larvae of silking end and 2 proteins were in pupa.
