家蚕变态期脂肪体形态结构特征
Morphologic Change Characteristics of Fat Body From Silkworm(Bombyx mori) during Metamorphosis

【摘要】 通过对家蚕变态期脂肪体解剖和石蜡组织切片观察发现:脂肪体从5龄未到蛹后期由柔软片状组织变成絮状组织,分布在整个体腔;从预蛹期开始,家蚕脂肪体经HE(Hematoxylin-Eosin)染色,内外层脂肪体着色存在明显差异,内层脂肪体颜色较深,且细胞较小,揭示了两类脂肪体细胞结构的存在着差异;脂肪体所含空泡随着变态发育进程逐渐增多,并内层脂肪体空泡比外层多;脂肪体的消溶从5龄开始,蛹2天达到高峰,并逐渐退化成离散溶解状;但在整个变态期间,存在部分细胞核染色清晰的脂肪体细胞。
【Abstract】 The dissection and histological section with paraffin embedded of fat bodies from silkworm,Bombyx mori.found that,fat body is widely distributing in the abdomen visceral cavity at the end of fifth instar larva to the later stage of pupa,and the tissue change from soft velvet to flocc;the staining of fat body with Hematoxylin-Eosin were distinguish different in the internal and external layers after prepupa,the color of fat body in internal layer is darker than external and the cells is little smaller,reveals the diversity of these two type fat body cells;the number of vesicles in fat body increase with the proceeding of metamorphosis development,and it is more in the internal layer fat body cells than in the external layer;fat body starts to dissolve at the fifth intar larval,and arrives the peak in the second day after pupation,and degenerate gradually to solution state;in the whole metamorphosis period,some cell nucleus staining of fat body was clearly observed.
