基于模糊方法的河流生态恢复评价与规划对策——以广州市流溪河从化段为例

【摘要】 为促进河流生态恢复与沿线城乡建设的优化,本文以广州流溪河从化段及其沿线地区为例,建立包括河道、河岸带、沿线用地三方面共8项因子的河流生态状况评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对研究对象进行分区段指标评分,构建模糊综合评价模型对评分结果进行分析。结论显示:研究对象总体健康状况稳定,北段生态环境优于南段,但中下游区段状况不容乐观并存在恶化趋势;以城市建设与农业生产用地为主的人类干扰因素是其生态退化的主因;水环境质量优化成为生态恢复的核心。据此,提出构建多部门统筹的规划管理机制、沿线产业发展生态化引导、全面化城乡建设控制体系的规划策略。

【Abstract】 To promote ecological recovery of river and optimize the construction of urban and rural along the river,by taking Conghua section of Liuxi River as an example,the paper established an index system with 8 indices in 3 aspects,and took Delphi Method for grading object of study,then the scores were analyzed by using built fuzzy synthetic evaluation model.The results demonstrate that,the overall health condition of object of study is stable,northern section is better than the southern,but middle and lower section is not satisfactory and going bad,human disturbance based on urban development land and agricultural land is the primary cause of the ecological degradation,and quality of water environment is the key to ecological recovery.According to that,the paper proposed planning strategies including the establishment of multi- department management mechanism,the guidance of industrial ecology for urban and rural along the river,and the comprehensive construction-control system.
