【摘要】 等级化的城镇管理体系决定了中国发展趋势是"城镇化"而非"城市化",数量庞大的小城镇是维护生态格局、实现新型城镇化转型的中间平台。认为工业城镇生态转型的过程分为三个阶段,现状为传统的工业城镇,未来发展目标是生态城镇,转型的过渡阶段是通过"产城融合"规划手法达到城镇的有机疏散状态。以富池镇这一工业小城镇为例,在其总体规划方案中运用"产城融合"的概念进行用地配置及空间布局,推动工业城镇达到有机疏散的状态,进而向生态城镇这一目标靠近。其具体规划要点为:首先,对主导产业进行选择,突出生态化发展目标,对三次产业结构进行调整;其次,保持生态格局,提出空间管制;最后,形成产城融合空间结构,注意空间整合、用地混合及基础服务设施的提供。更多还原

【Abstract】 Level of urban management system determines the Chinese development trend is "urbanization" instead of "city",a large number of small towns is the maintenance of ecological pattern.Think of the ecological transformation of industrial town is divided into three stages:traditional industrial town’ s future development goal is ecological town,transition stage by using the "production city fusion" planning techniques to achieve organic evacuation state town.Put Fu Chi town as an example,using "production city fusion concept" in land allocation and space layout,promote industrial towns reach to the organic evacuation status,and closer to the goal of ecological town.The specific planning points is:first,to select the leading industry,highlighting the ecological development target,adjust the threeindustrial structure;secondly,maintain the ecological pattern,put out the spatial regulation;finally,formation of production city fusion space structure,pay attention to integration of space,land use mix and service infrastructure.更多还原
