基于潜力-阻力模型的城镇建设用地生态适宜性评价

【摘要】 城镇建设用地生态适宜性评价是城市总体规划和土地资源合理利用的重要基础。本研究以山东省济宁北湖新区为例,首先,基于GIS软件平台和AHP方法,选取现状城镇规模、交通便利性、土地利用因子对研究区城镇空间增长潜力进行定量评估,选取地形、河湖水系、煤炭压覆区、采煤塌陷区、水源保护区、文化古迹、基本农田因子对研究区城镇空间增长的生态约束阻力进行定量评价;随后,借鉴损益分析法,构建了城镇空间增长的"潜力-阻力"模型,并对北湖新区建设用地生态适宜性进行综合评价,将其划分为优先建设区、重点建设区、限制建设区和禁止建设区,明确了研究区未来城镇建设的适宜规模、空间布局以及城镇空间增长的生态底线。
【Abstract】 Ecological suitability evaluation of the urban construction land is the instrumental foundation for both urban planning and proper usage of land resources.This paper selected Beihu New District of Jining City,Shandong Province as research area,based on GIS software platform and AHP method,used current scale of the city,transportation convenience and land use as parameters to quantitatively evaluate the potential growth of the urban space in the district at the beginning.Also,terrain patterns and distributions of the river systems,coal bed,coal mining subsidence areas,water conservation reserve,cultural heritage as well as basic farmland were used to conduct the quantitative evaluation of the ecological restrains and resistance of the urban space growth.Then,by using loss-profit analysis,a potential-resistance model for the urban space development was constructed to comprehensively evaluate ecological suitability of the construction land in Beihu New District.The region was suggested by this research to include four areas:prior area of construction,key area of construction,restricted area of construction and forbidden area of construction.Appropriate scale and spatial distribution of the future urban construction,and the ecological bottom line of the growth of the urban space were also pointed out explicitly in this research.
