【摘要】 2014年3月16日,国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020)的出台,明确了未来城镇化发展的路径、主要目标和战略任务,统筹了相关领域制度和政策创新,是指导全国城镇化健康发展的宏观性、战略性、基础性规划。规划对现代城市发展的新趋势做了合理的诠释,并对如何推进城市健康发展、提升城市内在品质也提出了新的认识与见解。本文主要分为三个部分:第一部分,对目前城市建设发展的背景和新趋势进行合理分析;第二部分,以实例为支撑,解读东湖国家自主创新示范区新城建设的具体落实;第三部分,对未来城市建设的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 March 16,2014,the new urbanization state plan is published,pointing out the path,main purpose and strategic task,overall planning system of related fields and policy innovation,is the macroscopic,strategic and basic planning to guide the healthy development of urbanization.Plan makes a reasonable interpretation of new ideas and new trend of modern city development,and put forward new understanding to promote the healthy development of the city and enhance the inherent quality of city.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part makes a reasonable study of the concept of city development;The second part has a specific fulfil of modern city development on an example;The third part put forward the new thinking of modern city development,combining the theory and actual.更多还原
