【摘要】 TOD模式是实现城市轨道交通与沿线上地利用协调发展的重要策略之一,然而城市轨道交通线网的建设以及站点周边土地的开发受政策、经济、环境等诸多因素的制约,其建设时序将严重影响城市轨道交通与沿线土地利用协调发展的实现,在分析城市轨道交通与沿线土地利用的互动关系基础上,深刻剖析TOD模式下城市轨道交通与沿线土地利用的建设时序的内涵,重点探讨了轨道交通站点开发的时序,以及运营阶段轨道交通供给容量提升的最佳时机,为城市轨道交通规划与土地开发实施方案的制定等提供决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 TOD mode is one of the most important strategies to achieve coordinated development between urban rail transit and its surrounding land use.However,there are many factors which constrain urban rail transit construction and land use development,such as policy,economics,and environment.And among the constraints the construction scheduling will affect the achievement of coordinated development between urban rail transit and land use seriously.Based on the analysis of interactive relationship between urban rail transit and land use,contents of construction scheduling are deeply analyzed,then the scheduling of station development during construction and the best promotion time of rail transit during operation are mainly discussed.This study supplies the basis for decision making of construction scheduling between urban rail transit and land use.更多还原
