【摘要】 城市交通发展战略要解决的问题足:如何处理持续增长的交通需求与有限交通设施供给能力之间的矛盾,实现交通安全、有序、通畅、经济、高效的综合目标。本文通过对兰州市区道路交通现状和症结的分析,依据兰州城市交通发展战略,结合对目前我国几个城市的轨道交通的对比,研究了在兰州修建城市轻轨的可行性,探讨了实现目标的有效途径及其调控模式,提出了需尽快解决的几个问题。通过分析认为建立以轻轨交通为骨干,以常规公交为主体,以其他客运方式为补充的客运体系,既适宜兰州的特殊地形,又符合城市的总体规划,更有利于居民的出行。因此,发展轻轨系统是解决兰州城市交通问题切实可行的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems to be solved in urban traffic development strategy are how to handle the conflict between increasing traffic demand and limited traffic establishment supply,and how to achieve integration aim including safety、order、smooth、economy and high efficiency in traffic Based the urban traffic development strategy in Lanzhou,through analyzing the fact and problem of urban traffic in Lanzhou and contrasting to several city’s rail transit in our country,this paper researches the feasibility of urban light rail in Lanzhou,discusses the effective way and control mode to achieve the aim.The author brings several issue that must be solved as soon as possible.Based the analysis,the author brings forward a passenger transport system that is composed of light rail as skeleton and traditional public traffic as principal part and other passenger transport mode as complementary part.The system is adapted the special terrain and the master plan of Lanzhou,especial in favor of the civilian transportation.In conclusion,developing light rail system is the effective way to solve the traffic problem in Lanzhou.更多还原
