【摘要】 公共交通是新疆吐鲁番新区发展绿色交通的核心内容和主要抓手,基于城市总体发展目标和绿色交通系统整体设计,从城市发展战略、系统设计、设施规划、政策保障等四个层面实践公共交通优先发展的举措。城市发展战略层提出"慢行主导、公交优先"的绿色交通发展模式,将公共交通作为新区主导机动交通方式,同时以太阳能利用的清洁电力作为新区主导机动交通方式的能源供给主体;系统设计层重点依托新区土地利用规划和地方气候特色,规划形成深入社区,与慢行无缝衔接的公交线网结构和枢纽布局;设施规划层在传统公交设施的基础上,重点规划绿色公共交通工具、储能站、充电站设施的技术方案;最后,政策保障层则为使电动公共交通系统实现可持续运营,研究提出一系列适合地方要求的投资、运营和管理政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public transit is the key content of green transportation in Turpan New Town,Xinjiang.Based on the chief design target, four fundamental experimentation which involve city development strategy,system design,facilities planning and policies guarantee are practiced.The city development strategy puts forward the green transportation mode of "transit priority,low-speed traffic dominant" and the transit automobile using solar energy.The key point of system design is the planning of network and hubs jointed with community.Facilities planning discusses the project of transit vehicle,energy station and charging station.Lastly,in order to guarantee the successful implementation,a series of policies suggestion about investment,operation and management are proposed.更多还原
