【摘要】 采用GC/MS分析黄金茶香气成分,共得到61个组分,其中主要以3-甲氧基-1,2-丙二醇(6.21)、芳樟醇(3.44)、3,7-二甲基-1,5,7-辛三烯-3-醇(3.06)、τ-杜松醇(3.72)、α-杜松醇(3.44)5个组分相对含量较高(相对含量超过内标2.00);且含有α,α,4-三甲基苯甲酯、蒎烯、蛇床-6-烯-4-醇3种独特香气成分;并比较了黄金茶与福鼎大白茶香气成分的差异,其中主要香气物τ-杜松醇(3.72)、α-杜松醇(3.44)相对含量超过福鼎大白茶。更多还原

【Abstract】 nalysised the aroma of baojing huangjin tea By GC/MS,get 61 components,which mainly 1,2-Propanediol,3-methoxy-(6.21),1,7-Octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl-(3.44), l,5,7-Octatrien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl-(3.06),tau.-Cadinol(3.72),alpha.-Cadinol(3.44) five components of relatively high content(relative content exceeds internal standard 2.00), Benzenemethanol,.alpha.,.alpha.,4-trimethyl-,Copaene,Selina-6-en-4-ol are unique aroma compositions of baojing huangjin tea,And the differences of aroma compositions with Baojing Huangjin tea and FuDing Dabai,which is the relative content of mainly fragrance alpha.-Cadinol and tau.-Cadinol of Baojing Huangjin tea higher than that of FuDing dabai.更多还原
