【摘要】 本论文以盐酸小檗碱作为阳性对照,生理盐水作阴性对照,选用1996年、2002年及2009年生产的茯砖茶分别采用高剂量5g/kg、中剂量1g/kg和低剂量0.2g/kg组探讨茯砖茶分别对番泻叶、蓖麻油及硫酸镁所致小鼠腹泻的影响,分析其差异性。除2002年生产的茯砖茶低剂量组、2009年生产的低、中剂量组外,其余各剂量组均有显著的抗番泻叶致小鼠腹泻的作用,1996年生产的茯砖茶高剂量抗番泻叶致小鼠腹泻的效果与小檗碱的效果相当。茯砖茶各年份、各剂量组均有很好的抗蓖麻油致小鼠腹泻作用。1996年生产的茯砖茶不同剂量组均有较好的抗硫酸镁致小鼠腹泻作用,2002年和2009年生产的茯砖茶各剂量组抗硫酸镁致小鼠腹泻的作用不明显。1996年和2002年生产的茯砖茶各剂量组及2009生产的茯砖茶的高剂量组的抗腹泻作用效果与小檗碱相当。在研究的范围内,茯砖茶存放时间越长,其抗腹泻效果更好,且均有剂量效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 With berberine hydrochloride as the positive control and physiological saline as the negative control,the function of Fuzhuan tea produced in 1996,2002 and 2009 in high dosage [5g/(kg·bw)],middle dosage[1g/(kg·bw)]and low dosage[0.2g/(kg·bw)]to restrain diarrhea induced by senna,castor oil and magnesium sulfate respectively was investigated in mice.The different activities were tested between the three tea samples.Except for the low dose group of Fuzhuan tea produced in 2002,low and middle dose groups of Fuzhuan tea produced in 2009,the other dose groups of Fuzhuan tea were very effective in restraining diarrhea caused by senna.The effect of high-dose of Fuzhuan tea produced in 1996 was the same to that of berberine hydrochloride.In the model of magnesium sulfate induced diarrhea,Fuzhuan tea was active in samples produced in 1996,but not obvious in samples produced in 2002 and 2009.High dose group of Fuzhuan tea produced in 2009 and all the dose groups of Fuzhuan tea produced in 2002 and 1996 had no significant difference witht berberine hydrochloride in restraining diarrhea.The longer the Fuzhuan tea was stored,the stronger the function of restraining diarrhea it had.The activity of Fuzhuan tea showed a positive correlation with the dose.更多还原
