茶树抗性鉴定与调控技术
Resistance Identification and Regulative Measures in Tea Plant

【摘要】 文中主要阐述了茶树抗性鉴定的形式、内容和茶树在抗寒、抗旱、抗病虫害等方面的鉴定方法:①直接鉴定法;②形态结构鉴定法;③生化指标鉴定法;④生理指标鉴定法;并从田间栽培管理和茶树生理调控2个方面介绍了提高茶树抗性的相关调控措施。田间栽培管理调控包括:适时修剪、深耕培土、合理施肥、行间覆盖、蓬面覆盖和施用植物激素;生理调控技术包括:导入抗寒调控基因、导入抗寒功能基因、导入脂肪酸去饱和代谢关键酶基因和导入SOD等基因。
【Abstract】 The paper reviews the forms,contents and ways of identification of resistance to cold, drought and diseases and insects attack in tea plant.Four ways of resistance identification was introduced:①direct identification,②morphological structure identification,③index of biochemistry identification,④index of physiology identification.Some regulative measures were introduced to increase tea plant resistance.These include field management such as pruning at the right time,soil deep ploughing,rational application of fertilizer,soil covering with weeds and using plant hormone;and physiological measures such as introducing all kinds of regulative and functional genes.
