茶树冰核细菌(INB)防治的初步研究

【摘要】 针对茶树上存在的能诱发和加重茶树霜、冻害的冰核细菌,采用室内试验和室外盆栽试验,对防治冰核细菌的药剂进行了初步筛选,筛选出既能杀灭冰核细菌又能破坏冰核活性的两种药剂,其防霜效果可达50%以上。
【Abstract】 In order to probe into the methods of the prevention and control of INA bacteria which can induce and aggravate the frost injury of tea plant, the indoor and outdoor potted seedling experiments were executed. The results showed that some pesticides could inactivate the ice nucleation active substances and caused lethal to INA bacteria. Two fungicides were screened and possessed the good controlling effects on the ice nucleation bacteria, with the protecting effects of 50 %.
