【摘要】 本文采用农业部固定观察点浙江省农户级数据和浙江省农房保险相关数据,对浙江省政策性农房保险进行了绩效评价研究。研究发现,基于各地农房建设成本及出险情况各异,通过整齐划一的保险模式可能会造成社会福利耗散。并指出现行农房保险可能存在行政成本过高等相关问题,并在分析的基础上,提出要进一步完善政策条款、改进中国人民保险公司经营主体的政策性保险运作机制、逐步建立高效统一的农村风险防范体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 We take the house-hold level data and related rural house insurance data to analysis the performance of Zhejiang province.For the difference of rural house area from area,it is easy to result the social welfare dissipation through the uniform mode.And it also pointed out that there may be too high administrative costs when operating the rural house mechanism.Proposed to improve the policy and insurance mechanism and gradually establish a highly efficient unified rural risk prevention system.更多还原
