【摘要】 校园文化是特定范围、特殊群体中的精神传承品。同时,通过特定环境,校园文化对一届又一届校园人的精神渗透和熏陶,又形成这一环境中共同的信念、追求,甚至共同的心理、行为模式。文化与性格之间的互动不断升华文化品质,更成就了一个具有共同特质、富有凝聚力的群体。高职院校的校园文化与高职学生性格之间也必然存在相互作用、共同影响的关系。学生参与文化建设,有利于在文化领域培养有特色的高职校园文化,同时,在文化的影响下,形成一定人生观、价值观,对其心理健康、积极性格发展都有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Campus culture is the spiritual inheritance of special groups. Through a specific environment, the campus culture will influence many students who share beliefs and behaviors.
