【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内镜下治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:对我科1999年～2008年鼻内镜手术治疗的非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎71例进行回顾性分析。采用Storz鼻内镜对71例非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎病例行窦内病变清除术,部分病例加行下鼻道开窗术,术中彻底清除鼻窦病变组织及鼻病变黏膜,充分开放鼻窦,术后应用大扶康冲洗术腔,并定期行鼻内镜检查。结果:随访6个月-9年,治愈67例,复发4例。复发病例经再次鼻内镜手术后治愈,无手术并发症。结论:采用鼻内镜手术是非侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗的重要手段,术后定期复查并辅以大扶康术腔冲洗,疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To treatment the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS) on the noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis.Methods 71 cases of noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery from 1999 to 2008 were studied retrospectively.During operation,all the pathological changes of noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis were cleaned out.The wounds were washed with fluconazole after operaton.Results After follow-up for 6 to 108 months,67 patients were cured and 4 recurred cases were cured by revision ESS.No complication occurred.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is an ideal way of treating noninvasived fungal rhinosinusitis.Postoperative endoscopic check and wound irrigation with fluconazole are beneficial to success.更多还原
