T型光电导天线的结构优化设计
Structural Optimization Design of T-type Photoconductive Antenna

【摘要】 对T型结构光电导天线进行了两种金属电极几何结构方面的优化设计,并在改变偏置电压和激发光功率的条件下,对比、分析了三种结构光电导天线产生太赫兹波的性能。结果表明,光电导天线产生的太赫兹波强度随着外加偏置电压的增大而增强;随着激发光功率的增大而增强并最终出现饱和。在偏置电压和激发光功率相同的情况下,经过倒圆角处理后的T型结构光电导天线发射太赫兹波的效率更高。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of optimal design about geometric structure of T-type photoconductive antenna are studied. Under the conditions of changing bias voltage and optical excitation power,we compared and analyzed the performance of terahertz wave generation of the three structures photoconductive antenna.The results show that the peak value of terahertz wave increases when the applied bias voltage is enhanced;With the increase of excitation power the peak value increases and tends to saturation.Under the same bias voltage and excitation power,the T-type photoconductive antennas with rounding treatment become more efficient.
