S波段五位数字移相器的研制
Design of A 5-bit Digital Phase Shifter at S-band

【摘要】 采用加载线型和开关线型两种移相单元形式,设计了一种S波段五位数字移相器。利用ADS结合HFSS软件,对电路进行了仿真优化设计。分析了多个移相单元级联时相位误差大幅增加的原因,针对此问题提出了增加附加移相单元的电路设计方案以减小相位误差。移相器实验测试结果为:回波损耗大于12.1dB,均方根相位误差小于1.5°,插损小于3.2dB。所研制的移相器插损小、移相精度高,所提出的增加附加单元方案有效提高了移相精度。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a 5-bit phase shifter at S-band is designed by using loaded line and switched line phase-shifting units.The circuit parameters are optimized with the help of both ADS and HFSS simulation software..The phenomenon that phase error increases in large phase shift state is analyzed and an improvement technique of implementing an additional phase shift unit is proposed.A prototype of the 5-bit phase shifter is fabricated and tested.The test results are as follows:return loss larger than 12.1dB,root mean square(RMS) phase error less than 1.5°and insertion loss less than 3.2dB.The phase shifter has low insertion loss and high phase accuracy.
