结合基片集成波导和波纹喇叭的混合式单脉冲馈源

【摘要】 本文在基片集成波导(SIW)单脉冲和差网络和多模波纹喇叭的基础上,设计了混合式单脉冲馈源。该馈源同时具有SIW技术和波纹喇叭两者各自固有的特点。两者的结合克服了常规单脉冲馈源的和差矛盾、具有辐射方向图等化性能好、极化纯度高的优点;同时加工方便、损耗低,使得毫米波波段甚至更高频段单脉冲馈源的实现成为了可能。

【Abstract】 A hybrid monopulse feed is designed in this paper,which is based on the monopulse comparator of substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) and the multimode corrugated horn,taking the inherent advantages of SIW and corrugated horn.With this integration,the balance between "Sum mode" and "Difference mode" can thus be achieved easily.The theoretical analysis and numerical simulations have indicated that this feed has the advantages of good sum- and difference- radiation patterns,high polarization purity and low insertion loss etc.In addition,it is convenient to fabricate and has low loss.All these makes it possible to realize monopulse feed at millimeter wave and even higher band.
