8mm频段微波亮温校准系统的研究

【摘要】 研制了8mm频段微波亮温校准系统,该系统由8mm标准Dicke式辐射计和10GHz-90GHz宽带黑体定标源、空间法黑体定标源发射率测量转台、高精度控温和测温装置组成。初步构建了实验室条件下8mm频段微波辐射计灵敏度、线性度校准;黑体定标源输出亮温值校准;微波亮温定标过程不确定度分析的校准实验和研究平台。并在此基础上建立了微波辐射计热真空地面系统的亮温传递系统的分析模型。
【Abstract】 The Ka band microwave brightness calibration system is researched,which is composed of a Ka band Dicke type radiometer,a 10GHz-90GHz wideband blackbody calibration target,a rotary table for space method of blackbody emissivity measurement,the high precision temperature control and measurement equipment.The research and calibration experimental platform is constructed initially to realize the calibration of Ka band microwave radiometer’s sensitivity and linearity,the calibration of blackbody calibration target’s output microwave brightness and the uncertainty analysis of microwave brightness calibration procedure.And the analysis model of microwave brightness transmission system is also constructed.
