光控阵列高功率瞬态电磁脉冲同相合成技术
High power electromagnetic transient pulse in-phase synthesis of the Optic-Controlled Array

【摘要】 采用光纤集束分光技术,实现了瞬态激光脉冲对271单元阵列光导开关的同步激励(ps量级);利用高偏置电场下光导开关(Optically controlledphotoconductive semi-conductor switches,简称PCSS)非线性工作模式的低触发抖动(65ps),实现了阵列光导开关输出ns脉宽的高功率电脉冲输出;通过测试271单元超宽带天线阵列轴线能量传输曲线,验证了瞬态电磁脉冲同相合成特性等原理性概念。
【Abstract】 The transient laser pulse can feed 271 units array of PCSS simultaneously by virtue of cluster technology of fiber splitters(ps middleweight);PCSS low jitter trigger reach 65ps in the condition of high bias electric under the non-liner mode,high power transient pulse can be gained in this way;The high power transient pulse in-phase characteristic and other tenets are verified by testing axis transmission energy of 271 units ultra-wideband antenna array.
