【摘要】 为我国13.7m口径毫米波射电望远镜研制的下一代接收机采用9像元焦平面超导混频器阵列。该接收机系统结合了高灵敏度和高扫描效率的优势,能够在现有观测效率的基础上提高一个量级,是大规模焦平面探测器阵列研发的技术基础。本文介绍了该接收机前端的总体设计、关键部件的设计和性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we present the design of the frontend of a 3-mm band 9-beam superconducting receiver,which will be the next generation receiver of the Delingha 13.7-m mm-wave radio telescope of China.The receiver system combines the advantages of high sensitivity and high mapping efficiency.Because of these features,it can speed up the scientific output of the telescope by a factor of 10. Developing of this system is an important step to future large-scale focal-plane detector arrays for passive sensing.
