【摘要】 文章介绍了X波段三通道接收组件的工作原理及其工程实现。组件包含三个主通道,本振功分器和开关驱动,每通道由波导微带转换器、微波开关、微波低噪声放大器、镜象抑制混频器、中频放大器组成。微波部分采用了芯片器件,并实施了小型化工艺,电路设计采用了CAD技术,具有体积小,重量轻,可靠性高等特点。本组件达到了如下性能:Fn≤3.3dB;39≤ISO1≤41dB;ISO2≥45dB。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,An X Band Tri-channel Receiving Assembly is designed.This module comprises three channels,divider of LO and switch’s driving circuit.Ench channel consists of waveguide to microstrip transition,microwave switcher,microwave LNA,image reject mixer and IF amplifier.Chip devices.CAD techniques and miniaturization techniques are applied to the microwave circuits.It has a small size,light weight and high reliability.The measurement are as followsmoise figure≤3.3dB;39 dB≤switch isolation≤41dB;channel isolation≥45dB.更多还原
