Er3+掺杂的Bi2O3-GeO2-Na2O玻璃的能量传递和上转换发光

【摘要】 制备了Er3+单掺的31Bi2O3-59GeO2-10Na2O-xEr2O3(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0,1.5)玻璃,研究了玻璃吸收光谱和975 nm泵浦下上转换发光光谱,分析了上转换发光机制。结果表明,。随着Er2O3浓度的增加,绿光(524nm、546nm)和红光(657nm)的发光强度都会逐渐增强,当Er2O3浓度达到1.0mol%时,发光强度达到最大值,继续增加Er2O3浓度,发光强度反而会减小。基于Er3+的能级图及上转换机制建立了速率方程,通过数值求解速率方程拟合实验测量寿命曲线,得出了Er3+之间的能量转移系数为C22=3.64×10-17cm3/s,C33=2.74×10-17cm3/s。
【Abstract】 Er3+-doped 31Bi2O3-59GeO2-10Na2O-xEr2O3(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0,1.5) glasses are prepared.Absorption spectra and upconversion luminescence spectra under 975nm excitation are studied,and upconversion luminescence mechanisms are analyzed.The result shows that the upconversion intensity drastically increases and has a maximum around 1.0 mol%Er2O3 and decreases with an increase of the Er2O3 content.Rate equations based on energy levels of Er3+,and upconversion mechanisms are developed,By calculating the rate equation to fit the measured fluorescence decay,coefficients of the energy transfer rate are C22=3.64×10-17cm3/s,C33=2.74×10-17cm3/s.
