Ka频段六端口直接变频接收机

【摘要】 本文介绍了基于六端口技术的直接变频接收机的原理,设计了一个工作在26GHz-30GHz频率上的六端口结,仿真结果表明,相位不平衡在±3°,幅度不平衡在±0.3dB。整个系统在ADS(Advanced Design System)上进行了联合仿真。
【Abstract】 The theory of a new direct conversion receiver based on six-port is presented.The six-port junction is worked on 26 GHz to 30 GHz.The phase imbalance is±3°,and the magnitude imbalance is±0.3dB.The whole system is simulation on ADS(Advanced Design System) using Ptolemy.
