四频段高效率功率放大器的设计
Design of an multi-band and high efficient power amplifier

【摘要】 设计实现了能够在850MHz,900MH,1800MHz和1900MHz四个不同频段独立工作的功率放大器。直流偏置电路采用有源器件补偿法,使功放的线性得到了改善。输出匹配电路采用负载牵引法,匹配电路的类型采用只有两个元器件,最简洁的L型匹配网络。通过ADS的仿真表明,本文设计的功放在四个不同频段的附加效率和功率增益都达到了36%和17dB。
【Abstract】 A power amplifier(PA)that can operates at four frequencies of 850MHz,900MHz,1800MHz and 1900MHz respectively was designed.The linearity of the PA was improved by using active devices in the DC bias circuit.The output matching circuit was designed with loadpull method,and the L-type network was adopted because it only has two devices.The results that simulated by ADS software show that the power added efficiency(PAE)and power gain of the PA achieved 36%and 17dB respectively at the four frequencies.
