一款适用于IEEE802.11a标准的SiGe HBT低噪声放大器的设计

【摘要】 由于SiGe技术的快速发展,SiGe HBT低噪声放大器(LNA)已得到广泛应用。本文基于IEEE802.11a标准描述了一款SiGeHBT低噪声放大器的设计.为了优化其各项指标,分析了影响噪声、功率增益及稳定性的因素,提出了LNA设计方法。本文选用SiGe HBTs作为有源元件.采用T型输入、输出匹配网络设计了电路,并用Advanced Design System2006A(ADS)软件对噪声系数、增益等各项指标进行了仿真。最终在5.2GHz下,LNA噪声系数是1.5dB,增益达到12.6dB,S11和S22也较好,在工作频带内小于-10dB,LNA具有良好性能.
【Abstract】 With the development of SiGe technology,SiGe HBT Low Noise Amplifier(LNA) has been widely used.Based on the criteria of IEEE 802.11a,the design of a kind of SiGe HBT LNA is presented.In order to optimize the specifications,the factors that influence the noise,power gain and stability are analyzed;the method of LNA design is given.In the circuit design,the SiGe HBTs are chosen as active devices,T-type impedance match network for input and output is used.All parameters are simulated with ADS. The noise figure is 1.5dB,the power gain is 12.6dB at the frequency of 5.2GHz,and S11 and S22 are good,reaching -10dB in the operation frequency.The LNA shows a good performance.
