【摘要】 本文设计并实现了一种基于并联反向二极管对的模拟预失真器,并将其应用于一个2瓦的LDMOS线性功率放大器。仿真结果显示,在输出功率为26dBm的情况下,三阶交调降低了13dB。如果应用于WCDMA信号,实验结果显示ACPR有6-7个dB的改善。可以得到,这种线性化方法有较好的线性化效果,电路结构简单等优点,满足3G等系统对于移动端的功放性能要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of analog predistortion method based on anti-parallel diodes has been discussed and fulfilled in this paper,and is used to improve the linearity of a 2W LDMOS linear Power Amplifier.The simulation shows the IMD3 improvement of 13dB for two tones signals has gotten when the P_out is 26dBm.If the WCDMA signals are taken into consideration,we can get the improvement of ACPR of PA for 3dB.So we can draw the conclusion that this method,which has a quite well linearity effect,and a more simple circuit, can fulfill the requirement of communication system such as 3G.更多还原
