低噪声放大器稳定性分析与设计方法

【摘要】 文章简要介绍了低噪声放大器稳定性分析方法,归纳了各种稳定性设计方法。提出实用于提高低噪声放大器稳定性的方法,并使用ADS软件仿真证明其可行性。
【Abstract】 Analyse method of LNA stability has been discussed briefly in this paper, and stability design method also has been concluded.Proper means is used to improve the stability of LNA,and simulation in ADS software is made to prove its feasibility.
