【摘要】 就三维电磁仿真软件CST Microwave Studio、Ansoft HFSS和粒子模拟软件Mafia、Magic,在微波管研制中的应用进行了研究。实实在在研制出了一支工作在S波段的螺旋线行波管,和解剖了一支工作在X波段的磁控管,仿真计算结果与实测结果吻合良好。本文的研究工作为低成本、高精度的研制微波管,提供了具有价值的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of 3-D EM simulation codes and PIC simulation codes,including CST Microwave Studio,Ansoft HFSS,Mafia and magic,has been investigated in the microwave tube research and fabrication.A S-band helical traveling-wave tube has been fabricated and a X-band magnetron dissected.The simulation results meet the measurements very well.This paper supply with the valuable reference in microwave tube research and fabrication with low cost and high accuracy.更多还原
