纳米银喷墨印刷天线的制作研究

【摘要】 目前天线的制作方法有蚀刻法、电镀法、导电油墨印刷法等,而喷墨印刷方式作为非传统印刷,在天线制作方面由于其制作周期短、无污染、成本低等特点被广泛关注。为了获得低成本、性能优异的印刷天线,采用液相还原的方法制备了银含量为2%的纳米银乳液,然后通过离心处理制备了高浓度的纳米银乳液,并调整表面张力、电导率、pH值等物化参数,获得了适合喷墨印刷的导电油墨。利用该油墨通过Epson230打印机,在喷墨相纸、PET等基材上打印天线图案,经测试墨层厚度小于1.5μm。打印的天线经过加压、激光处理等方法可以满足RFID天线的应用要求,其膜层表面电阻达到0.2Ω。

【Abstract】 The methods of antenna manufacture include etching, plating and printing with conductive ink now. Ink-jetting printing, as unconventional printing method, is paid much more attention for short time preparation, no pollution and low cost in antenna manufacture. In order to acquire printing antenna with excellent performance at low cost, nano silver emulsion of two percent solid content was prepared by liquid phase reduction. Then the solid content of emulsion was improved by centrifuging instrument, and nano silver conductive ink for ink-jetting printing was acquired by adjusting physical and chemical parameter, such as surface tension, conductivity, and pH. The printing antenna pattern was obtained with the prepared ink on the ink-jet photo paper and PET through Epson 230. The thickness of the ink layer was measured, and is less than 1.5μm. The conductivity can meet the demands of RFID antenna after pressing and laser exposure, the sheet resistance is 0.2Ω/□.
