【摘要】 年复一年,周而复始的节庆饮食习俗是人类社会各个族群都普遍传承的一种文化现象。中国传统节庆饮食习俗的形成,是中国先民在长期社会生活中,适应生产和生活的要求,并通过对天候、物候和气候的周期性转换的观察与把握而逐渐约定俗成的。长江流域作为中国文化的发源地之一,许多传统节庆的饮食习俗都是源自于此,并传承至今的。这些节庆饮食习俗,异彩纷呈,撩人兴味,集中地反映了长江流域的民俗传统和文化特色,在一定程度上调谐了人与人、人与社会、人与自然间的关系,成为历代国人日常生活中不可或缺的文化符号系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 The festal dietaiy customs,which goes round and round,year after year,are the commonly cultural phenomena that all kinds of nationalities of human beings inherit.The traditionally festal dietaiy customs of China were gradually established by usage in the process that the ancient Chinese people observed the periodical transform of the weather,biology and climate.These customs met the needs of the working and living of the ancient Chinese people in their long social lives.The Basins of Yangzi River was one of the cradle lands of Chinese culture.A lot of traditionally festal dietary customs,which were derived from this region,were passed down today’s Chinese society.These festal dietary customs are very colorful and interesting,and they intensively reflect the folk- custom traditions and the cultural features of the basins of Yangzi River.In a certain extent,these festal dietary customs adjusted the relationships between person and person,between man and society,between man and nature,and they had become the indispensably cultural symbolic system of Chinese people in the past dynasties.更多还原
