【Abstract】 The court diet achieved great successes in Tang dynasty.The administrative level of court diet was very high.The administrative organizations of court diet was completed,the setup was colossal,the function was cleared,the division of labour was closed,the government officals at all levels had divided rank.It has a clear- cut duties and rules from the selection and make up raw material of die,to celaborately wrought food and dietetic hygiene.更多还原
