【Abstract】 As an important service trade,hotel industry plays a greater and greater role to the economic development and improves the life quality of people.On the basis of the investigation on human resources of hotel industry in Wuhan,this paper analyses all sorts of questions of human resources which hinders Wuhan hotel industry’s advantage exertion.Based on this,this paper puts forward the policy recommendations of improving and promoting hotel industry’s human resources level in Wuhan and relevant measures.更多还原
