“茹毛饮血”回顾和生食再评价
Review and Re-evaluation of Eating Raw Foods

【摘要】 中国古籍上用"茹毛饮血"概括原始社会不会生火熟食之前,人们都过着生食的生活。本文介绍了传统的生食情况(包括少数民族地区),重点介绍了生食昆虫和海鲜的情况。最后指出西方工业化以后的近两百多年来,特别是快餐食品的普遍推广,带来严重的营养过度,蛋白质过多、维生素不足,导致肥胖和各种心血管疾病等问题,主张总结传统生食的基础上,有步骤地推行科学合适的生食在全部饮食中的比重,有利于保健和防病治病。
【Abstract】 In Chinese ancient books, "eating the raw flesh of birds and beasts" refers to the life our ancestors led in the primitive society before knowing how to use fire.With an introduction of the tradition of eating raw foods,this article mainly focuses on the consumption of raw insects and seafood.In recent two hundred years after the western industrialization,there have been many diseases caused by nutrition excess such as fatness^lack of vitamins and blood vessel diseases and so on,especially with the popularity of fast food.To conclude,we should adjust the proportion of raw food in our diet properly and scientifically on the basis of traditional raw food,which does good to health care and disease cure.
