东北地区少数民族饮食习俗历史剖析
A Historical Analysis of Food Culture in the North-east of China

【摘要】 东北地区地域广阔,冬季漫长寒冷,有着特定的生态环境和自然地理环境,这对该地区少数民族饮食文化产生极大的影响,使其形成了具有浓郁民族特色和地域风情的饮食结构。
【Abstract】 North-east China boasts its vast land,long cold winter,unique ecological system and geographical enviroment,which impact much on its ethnic food culture in the region.And these factors form its food cultural struture with unique local and ethnic characteristics.
