湿蒸汽透平级内汽液两相流动特性的研究

【摘要】 综合透平级内非平衡凝结流动的三维分析,透平级前、静叶尾迹区水滴大小与质量比例分布的确定以及对级内一次、二次水滴轨迹的跟踪,发展了计算湿蒸汽透平级内汽液两相流动特性的计算方法。该方法可以定量给出湿蒸汽透平级的气动性能、静叶后二次雾化水滴大小的分布、一次水滴在叶片表面的沉积情况以及二次水滴撞击叶片表面的位置范围,可用于汽轮机叶片防水蚀研究以及级内除湿研究中,以某低压透平级中的两相流动为例给出了分析结果。
【Abstract】 A compositive numerical method was developed to analyze the behaviors of two-phase flow in wet steam stage.The computation procedure consists of 3D simulation of the flow with non-equilibrium condensation in turbine stage, evaluation of the water droplets’ size and mass fraction in front of the stage and in the stator’s wake,as well as calculation of the trajectories of fine and coarse water droplets.It can quantitatively predict the aerodynamic performance,the size of the secondarily atomized coarse water droplets in stator’s wake,the deposition ratio of fine droplets and the impingement location of coarse droplets on blade surface.It provides a numerical approach for study of anti-water-erosion and water removal. Numerical analysis was conducted to the two-phase flow in a low pressure turbine stage for illustration purpose.
