长江口鱼类群聚的组成与时间变动

【摘要】 为分析长江口鱼类群聚的时间变动,2010年5月~2011年1月在长江口传统张网作业区域进行了鱼类资源调查。结果显示,调查期间总共出现63154尾,54种鱼类。按照生态类群划分法,海洋洄游鱼类的种类数目和尾数的比例均最高。每月的平均种类数目以7月最高,1月最低,其他月份较接近;而丰富度是秋季月份(9~11月)较高,1月最低。此外,调查期间虽然一些主要经济鱼类数量的比例仍较高,但主要由幼鱼占据,一方面反映出长江口仍然是重要的鱼类育幼场,另一方面也反映出鱼类群落结构的变化。调查期间各个月份丰度较高高的种类有较大差异,只有个别鱼类能长期占据优势。非多维尺度分析(NMDS)和聚类分析也显示,长江口鱼类群聚有明显的时间变动。

【Abstract】 For analyzing the temporal patterns of fish assemblages of the Yangtze River estuary,set net was used to capture fishes from May 2010 to January 2011.Results showed that a total of 63154 ind.Fishes belonging to 54 species were recorded during the study period.In terms of fish ecological guild approach,marine migrants dominated the assemblages both in numbers of species and abundance.Mean species richness was highest and lowest sampled in July and January,respectively.However,mean fish abundance was highest collected in fall(September-November),also lowest collected in January.Although the fish assemblages was cleary represented by commercial species,most of which were mainly contributed by juveniles.This work highlights that the Yangtze River estuary has still been the nurery grounds for fishes and the fish resoueces has been varied.The most abundant species observing each month also differed.Non-metric dimension analysis and cluster indicated the important temporal differences of fish assemblages of the Yangtze River estuary during the study period.
