野生西瓜抗枯萎病鉴定研究

【摘要】 通过对5份西瓜材料采用苗期浸根法进行枯萎病抗性鉴定,并对西瓜感染枯萎病菌后,POD、SOD、CAT三种保护酶活性变化进行研究。结果表明:黑公子、广西三号、广西409属于感病材料,1号野生、2号野生、4号野生属于轻抗材料,5号野生属于中抗材料,3号野生属于高抗材料,抗病材料和感病材料的三种保护酶活性变化表现出不同的动态。
【Abstract】 Resistance of five watermelon varieties to Fusarium wilt was identificated. And the changes in content of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase (CAT) caused by infection Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht were detected. The results showed that three strains were susceptible, three strains were identified of low resistance, one of medium resistance and one of high resistance, respectively. There were differ in dynamics activities changes of three protective enzymes between susceptible and resistant strains.
