【摘要】 老年人的精神生活,从隐性层面上是指老年人的心理生活,包括老年人的认知心理、情感心理和情绪心理等;从显性层面上是指老年人的观念生活,包括老年人的智性生活、审美生活和道德生活。前者是后者的内在驱力;后者是前者的外在显现。本文从老年人生理、心理、情感和灵魂的角度,探讨了不同的音乐对老年人精神生活的不同程度影响。尤其是从医学、心理学、美学和哲学等文化视角,提出了音乐之于人的生理尤其精神生活作用的"四感说":即在生理的层次,音乐给老年人带来快感,减少或消除痛感;在心理的层次,给老年人带来快乐感,减少或消除痛苦感;在情感的层次,给老年人带来舒适感或美感,减少或消除不舒适感或丑感;在灵魂层次,给老年人带来幸福感,升华或超越苦难感。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the angle of covert side,the spiritual life of elderly people refers to their psychological life,which includes the psychology from the respects of cognition,emotion,sentiment and so on,while from the angle of visible side,it stands for the elderly people’s ideational lives,involving in intellect,aesthetic appreciation and morality.The spiritual life drives the ideational live and the ideational live is the appearance of the spiritual life outside.This essay researches the various degrees of impact brought by different kinds of music to the spiritual life of the aged,and through the angles from physiology,psychology,emotion and thoughts of the old.What’s more,with the cultural perspective of medicine,psychology,aesthetics,philosophy and so on,this essay represents four kinds of feelings of music based on its effects on the physical and spiritual life:on the physical level,music produces the delight in physiology,relieving and eliminating the pain;on the psychological level,music brings happiness to the aged,relieving and eliminating the agony;on the level of emotion,music bringscomfortability and a sense of beauty to the elderly people,easing and eliminating uncomfortableness and a sense of ugly;on the level of thoughts,music brings a sense of well-being,sublimating and exceeding a sense of suffering.更多还原
