【摘要】 目的通过分析临床药师对23例乳腺癌骨转移患者的药学服务过程,探讨临床药师在肿瘤患者药物治疗中的作用。方法根据患者个体状况和治疗药物的作用特点,评价治疗方案,提供药学建议,并对化疗相关不良反应提供预防和解决措施。结果医师和患者采纳药师建议,患者在顺利完成化疗的同时,生活质量得到提高。结论临床药师对肿瘤患者的治疗全过程提供药学服务,完善了个体化治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By analyzing the pharmaceutical care process of 23 cases of breast cancer patients with bone metastases,to explore the role of the clinical pharmacist in the drug therapy of cancer patients.Method According to the patient’s individual condition and characteristics of drug action,we evaluated the treatment programs,and provided pharmaceutical recommendations,then prevented and resolved chemotherapy-related adverse reactions.Result Pharmaceutical recommendations were adopted by physicians and patients,and patients complete the chemotherapy successfully while show improved quality of life.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care during the whole process of treatment for cancer patients,improved individualized treatment plan.更多还原
