【摘要】 目的综述复方长循环脂质体的制备工艺、质量评价、体内外研究现状,以期为复方长循环肿瘤靶向制剂的研究提供新的思路和方法。方法归纳总结近年来国内外专业文献。结果与结论基于同时运载多种药物的复方长循环脂质体,具有高效、低毒、多靶点协同作用的特点,在改善肿瘤微环境,提高肿瘤治疗效果方面表现出特有的优势。因此,复方长循环脂质体在治疗多药耐药肿瘤时具有很好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To summarize the preparation technique,quality evaluation and the current research status in vitro/in vivo of long-circulating liposomes as multidrug nanocarriers for cancer treatment.METHODS Consult a great number of professional literatures at home and abroad in recent years.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Long-circulating liposomes based on simultaneous administration of multiple therapeutic agents show unique advantages on improving cancer microenvironment and enhancing the efficacy for cancer treatment.Therefore,it has good potential to become a new clinical treatment for drug-resistant tumors.更多还原
