磁性靶向药物制剂的研究进展

【摘要】 磁性药物靶向治疗是靶向治疗的一种,它通过磁性靶向给药系统(magnetic targeted drugs delivery system,MTDS)对肿瘤部位进行治疗。磁靶向制剂由磁性物质、药物及骨架材料组成。在外加磁场作用下,载体携带药物在体内定向移动,具有使用简便、可增加病变部位药物浓度、降低药物的毒副作用和提高药效等优点,在生物医学领域有着重要的应用。本文主要介绍了磁性靶向药物制剂的靶向机理、制备方法、应用和研究进展。
【Abstract】 Magnetic targeted drug therapy is one kind of targeted therapy, it can treat tumour through magnetic targeted drugs delivery system(MTDS). Magnetic targeted drug is composed of magnetism materials, medicine and skeleton material. The magnetic field will lead to the directional migration in vivo of the carrier loaded with the medicine, it’s easy to use and can increase the concentration of the drug in the lesion site, reduce poisonous side effect and enhance treatment efficiency, so the magnetic targeted drug has important applications in biomedical field. This article mainly introduces the targeted mechanism, preparation method, application and research development of magnetic targeted drug delivery system.
